our products are thoroughly inspected, phondled (beads... duh!), and
blissphully packaged with great care. In the event your purchases are
delivered damaged, dephective, or possibly unphondlable, all you have
to do is send us your dephective merchandise (postage paid) and we will
gladly replace them promptly phree oph charge, including shipping.
